According to police, the gathering was advertised on Snapchat and drew in teens from all over Middle Tennessee, some traveling nearly an hour to attend.
“It remains unclear if anyone had lawful access to the home, and the investigation is ongoing,” police said.

The Mt. Juliet Police Department was called to an unoccupied home on Bedford Bend in the Kelsey Glen neighborhood around 10 p.m. on Friday in response to a large gathering.
When police arrived, they found 30 to 40 teens, many consuming alcohol, officials said. Some of the teens ran away before officers arrived.
Some of the teens had to be hospitalized and treated by medics.
One teen was taken to a local hospital due to severe intoxication, police said. Medics treated another after they got injured after getting entangled in a briar patch.
